There’s a new report been released about how to get rid of eczema. It’s called (simply enough) Eczema Free Forever.
I’ve been getting a lot of questions emailed in about the report, by a lady called Rachel Anderson. It seems very popular so I decided to get hold of a copy and check it out. Her research into how to get rid of eczema is certainly very thorough, and she has helped teach an incredible number of people how to treat eczema with simple and effective home remedies for eczema.
In fact I was so impressed I asked one of my team to record a video to help explain everything that she covers. Check it out below:
I can sincerely recommend you get hold of a copy of her report – click here to go to her website. she charges a few dollars for it, but if her methods work for you (and they probably will) you’ll be saving money by not having to buy eczema crems any more – and imagine finally being eczema free forever!
Here’s some more natural and home remedies on how to treat eczema and ultimately how to get rid of eczema for good that Rachel also covers in her report.
How To Get Rid Of Eczema – Ultraviolet Therapy
Many people looking for eczema remedies notice that their skin improves on a sunny holiday. The main benefits of sun exposure eczema relief and other inflammatory rashes are thought to come from the sun’s invisible ultraviolet (UV) rays. These work by damping down the over-active immune system in the skin. Fluorescent lamps that emit UV have been used as home remedies for eczema through their artificial form of sunlight therapy or ‘phototherapy’ since the 1970s.
There are two main forms of UV phototherapy used to treat eczema:
- UVA – Ultraviolet radiation of relatively long wavelengths
- UVB – Ultraviolet radiation of relatively short wavelengths.
These are administered in air-conditioned light cabinets that are like upright sunbeds and about the size of a public telephone box. This natural eczema treatment is carried out in a dermatology day treatment unit and supervised directly by specialist nurses.
Dermatological phototherapy is usually carried out two or three times a week for a four- to six-week course, and the amount of UV exposure is gradually increased over this period.
UVB treatment is used most commonly. It is given in two forms: broad band UVB and the newer narrow band UVB (also known as TL01). UVA therapy needs to be combined with taking a plant extract called psoralen in order to be effective. These natural remedies for eczema are known as PUVA (Psoralen and UVA). Sunbeds in tanning parlors mainly emit UVA, but on its own this is not an effective method of how to get rid of eczema and so they are not recommended.
Dermatological phototherapy are not suitable natural remedies for eczema for young children or frail elderly people who cannot stand unaided in the treatment cabinet. Repeated courses of PUVA can increase the chance of skin cancer development, especially in fair-skinned people, and consequently treatment needs to be carefully monitored. There are no proven risks of skin cancer with UVB treatment but this remains a possibility, and all phototherapy should be considered carefully, weighing up the likely risks versus the benefits and consequent eczema relief for the individual.
How To Get Rid Of Eczema – Complementary Alternative Medicine
Due to the fact that most forms of eczema are chronic and long lasting, some people get disillusioned with conventional medical therapy and seek answers through complementary medicine (sometimes referred to as natural or home remedies for eczema). With the exception of Chinese herbal therapy, there is little medical evidence that complementary therapy is of any benefit for allergic/atopic conditions, including eczema. However, many people have had success with several natural remedies for eczema, one of which is reviewed below in the video I discovered.
Some studies have suggested that homeopathic immunotherapy may help in asthma, but larger analyses have not shown a consistent benefit compared with dummy eczema treatment (placebo). This does not rule out the possibility that homeopathy can help eczema, but at the moment there is not enough evidence to support the use of home remedies for eczema in medical environments.
How To Get Rid Of Eczema – Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
Traditional Chinese herbal medicine has been practiced in the Far East for many centuries. It involves using mixtures of a dozen or so dried plant parts and herbs, which are prescribed by the practitioner on an individual basis (one person’s natural cures for eczema being different from another’s). Although this sort of eczema remedy has been found to work in atopic eczema, there are several problems:
Unpleasant taste! Traditional Chinese herbal therapy is drunk as a brew made by boiling the herbs for several hours. It has an unpleasant taste that most adults find unpalatable and children are unlikely to accept.
Safety concerns. Although it has been argued that Chinese herbal therapy has a longer track record than conventional medicine, there are still concerns about its safety as it has not undergone the rigorous testing that conventional new home remedies for eczema have to face. Very little is known about how herbal medicines interact with other forms of medication. One particular concern is that Chinese herbal therapy has been found to cause liver abnormalities in a small number of people. Other forms of herbal treatment have been linked to kidney damage. In view of this, it is recommended that people taking Chinese herbal medication should be monitored closely with blood tests.
Availability. Chinese herbal therapy is not available from conventional medical doctors or through the health service, and it can be expensive. In the 1990s, a granule formulation of Chinese herbs as a natural treatment for eczema was available on prescription but this product was withdrawn. One of the main problems in producing it was maintaining quality control, ensuring that exactly the same balance of herbs was used in each batch.
Herbal creams and ointments are sometimes offered by people practicing traditional Chinese medicine. Although they are promoted as safe, some have been found to contain potent steroids. The sale of any product containing a potent steroid is illegal where they should only be available on prescription by a registered medical practitioner.
Aloe vera has been used as a herbal remedy for wounds and burns, and may help skin healing. However, there is very little evidence that it works as a natural treatment for eczema and it is often used in gel formulations which can be drying.
Having said all that, A lady who suffered with eczema for many years has finally found how to get rid of eczema by using some recognized, simple and natural home remedies for eczema. She successfully cured her own eczema and her son, and has made all her information and research available in a simple report called “Eczema Free Forever”. You can check out her report by clicking here.
